Job Title: Senior Marketing Communications Specialist III
Onsite Location: San Jose, CA
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist for their electronic security + automation services division to elevate brand visibility, drive client growth, engage employees, and support organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns for high-growth business units and corporate initiatives.
- Manage strategic projects, coach junior staff, and collaborate with leadership to enhance marketing capabilities.
Corporate Marketing & Sales Enablement:
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, conferences, and promotions.
- Develop print, digital, and multimedia toolkits for client, employee, and recruiting events.
- Support website, CRM, and social media platform enhancements.
Branding & Corporate Communications:
- Uphold brand consistency and lead the rollout of a refreshed brand across platforms.
- Create and edit content, including news stories, presentations, video scripts, and collateral.
- Drive change communication campaigns for HR, IT, and safety initiatives.
Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Establish campaign metrics and report on performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing/communications, preferably in professional services, technology, or AEC sectors, automation or electronic security.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
- Familiarity with federal contracting and technical content creation for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in integrated campaigns, event management, and technical content.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and web analytics tools.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools, HTML, and CSS.
- Master’s degree.
