ChiroUp is hiring a Business Development Representative! Our team is looking for a motivated and strategic leader to help manage our most engaged leads through the sales process. This role blends business development with a little marketing, requiring strong prospecting skills and a keen understanding of digital engagement. You’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving growth through outreach and relationship-building.

• Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support & build campaigns, content strategies, and branding efforts.
• Assist in crafting targeted messaging and outreach strategies for prospects.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ pain points and introduce our solutions.
• Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns to move them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions and pipeline progress.
