Seeking an SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Coordinator to join an experienced digital marketing team in Culver City, Los Angeles. As a SEM Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting a team of 2-4 SEM Specialists including planning, building, and managing PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns in self-service SEM platforms (Google Ads and Kenshoo). Along with campaign planning and setup in platform, you will be tasked with continually finding ways to improve performance efficiency through ongoing optimization. Your focus will be supporting the day-to-day tasks of each SEM Specialist including pulling SEM data from Google Ads/Kenshoo, SQR analysis, bid optimization, and pacing.

On this team, you will work hand-in-hand with digital marketing strategy, ad ops, analytics, and measurement teams to deliver end-to-end execution and performance management of Paid Search campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing paid search campaigns and analysis.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a paid search marketing role, agency-side preferred

• Familiarity with paid search self-service platforms (i.e. Google Ads, SA360, Marin, Microsoft Ad Center)

• A solid understanding of the principles of PPC campaigns and the tasks involved including budget pacing, reporting, SQR analysis, negative keyword implementation, bid optimizations

• Data analyzation, visualization and presentation skills a plus

• A passion and curiosity for digital media

• Excellent social, oral and written communication skills

• Google Ads Certification a plus

Education & Experience

• BS/BA degree required; 2+ years of paid search activation experience required.
