We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator in the Orlando area.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will assist with executing direct channel and third-party promotional campaigns for the client's Rental Business. The role is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end roll out of third-party web promotions and overseeing monthly email deployments. A crucial part of your responsibility is supporting internal clients located in Europe. This is a contract assignment for one year.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps well-organized documentation of all offers, promotions, and email deployment schedules ready to be shared with internal clients and upper management.
  • Collaborate on campaign development with EU Hotel Marketing, Brand & Creative, and EDM Teams to deliver effective email campaigns to our UK past rentals guests and prospect audiences.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for business processes for the day-to-day execution of the campaign management processes.
  • Ensures our promotional offers are deployed on all web direct and third-party channels (e.g.: Tripadvisor, Metasearch, Google).
  • Works closely with the Ecommerce Content Specialists to ensure supporting tasks (landing page development, website offer publishing) are executed in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Monitors and analyzes performance of digital marketing efforts highlighting audience development, list growth, benchmarks, metrics, and ROI.
  • Shares key learnings to innovate and optimize A/B testing and campaign execution in a clear and concise manner.
  • Embodies the Client's Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, now.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Completes all the required Company training/compliance courses assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in the office 5x/week from 6 AM ET – 2 PM ET. You will be supporting team members based in Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset, constantly looking for the next opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Advanced Excel Skills/Word/Project).
  • Experience and/or familiarity with Tripadvisor Business Advantage, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM.
  • The ability to multi-task effectively under time and resource constraints.
  • Determination to learn new processes and grow as a professional.
  • Interest in the hospitality industry and digital marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An analytical mindset and a working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Looker Studio, or Alteryx.
  • Prior experience with the development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across various channels leveraging incremental enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (optional).
  • Media buying experience (optional).
