We seek a Junior Paid Media Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and programmatic channels. Successful candidates require a strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and performance analytics to drive measurable business results for our clients. Develop, launch, and optimize paid search (Google/Bing), social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), display, and programmatic campaigns. Leverage first-party data, audience insights, and behavioral signals to refine targeting and improve conversion rates. Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics and DashThis to communicate performance and insights to clients. Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager in discussions, providing strategic recommendations and regular performance updates. 2+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency setting ~ Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights ~ Worked in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and budget tracking. Detail-oriented & process-driven: you thrive in structured environments and ensure no detail is overlooked. Strong communicator: you can distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
