We’re on the hunt for an energetic and creative ONSITE Social Media Manager (Not Remote) to lead our efforts on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is more than just posting content—it’s about being the voice of Taily, creating meaningful connections with our audience, and showcasing our brand’s vibrant personality. Content Creation: Develop fresh, engaging content that resonates with our audience, including videos, photos, and graphics for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, stories, and reels that highlight our products, our team, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Graphic Design (Preferred): Design visually appealing posts, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
Scheduling: Maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting across all channels.
Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong, loyal community.
Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with social media trends, challenges, and viral moments, integrating them into our strategy.
Event Participation: Attend in-person events, including trade shows, pet expos, or brand-hosted gatherings, to capture content, interact with attendees, and represent the brand.
Influencer Outreach: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values to promote our products.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with influencers, ensuring successful partnerships and maximizing brand exposure.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with our brand’s mission and goals.
Be comfortable in front of the camera, as you’ll frequently represent Taily in videos, live streams, and promotional content.
Content Library: Organize and manage a library of digital assets to streamline content creation and ensure consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
~2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, including content creation and strategy.
~ Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms.
~ Strong skills in shooting and editing content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
~ Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a major plus.
~ A vibrant, outgoing personality, you love engaging with people both online and in person.
~ Willingness to travel and attend in-person events, occasionally on weekends.
~ Strong organizational skills to manage a posting schedule, community interactions, and event planning.
~ Experience working with influencers and building strong, long-term partnerships.
~ At least basic Spanish, advanced, and fluid Spanish speakers will be given priority (bilingual office).
