A Web and Digital Marketing Specialist plans and oversees all aspects of the CAA digital channels to effectively promote the CAA brand's product. Top candidates are comfortable as an individual contributor who is very experienced with managing out websites, a master of WordPress and other digital channels. The duties include building and maintaining the CAA website, planning digital campaigns, measuring the performance analytics of campaigns, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (ex. Website, emails, social media, articles/blogs).

Key Responsibilities:

Website and E-blasts

  • Layout all e-blasts on WordPress and send them out to our audience using Zoho Campaigns
  • Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards, which includes completing tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
  • Update website with new content (ex. Articles, create new market pages when markets are opened, updating sponsor logos and quotes, etc)
  • Enact digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (ex. Website, emails, social media, articles/blogs), ensure tactical execution and evaluate performance of campaigns and content
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and install plans to better those metrics
  • Tangibly increase web traffic to CAA website
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and raise search profile
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns and initiate changes within CAA that reflect those preferences
  • Integrated campaign development, planning, execution, reporting/analysis
  • Create advertiser landing pages
  • Create strategies to increase subscribership to CAA website achieving goals set forward by management
  • Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.
  • Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
  • Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
  • Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

Events

  • Promote events by creating visuals with our art department and then sending them out via eblast, social media, etc
  • Sending out communication surrounding the event like press releases, etc
  • Increase ticket sales per event
  • Manage YouTube channel content.

Handing strategic online initiatives

  • Must possess an entrepreneurial mind-set and quickly and effectively identify problems and develop creative solutions to overcome them. Think critically, know how to analyze data, and use that data to make or suggest informed decisions.
  • Must be adaptable to new technologies, trends, and best practices. Embrace change and respond to new challenges with creativity.
  • Must be able to manage your time effectively and ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies, specifically the sales staff to further drive revenues
  • Work with commercial partners (like chambers, business associates, consulates, etc) on co-branding opportunities
  • Collaborate with developers in mobile app development, design, and management
  • Collaborate with developers in designing, maintaining, and managing all company websites (WordPress and other content creation and management tools).
  • Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
  • Present performance (on ROI and KPI) on a monthly basis to management
  • Track all campaigns and present ways we can communicate to our audience better
  • Present social media performance (followers, engagement, social media campaign performance)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Technical/Computer competencies:

  • Proven work experience in Digital Marketing and Website management
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, CRM software, and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong familiarity with web design and WordPress
  • Video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing
  • A/B testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years of proven working experience in digital marketing and website management
  • Strong marketing, WordPress, and HTML experience
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Self-motivated go-getter in an ever-changing advertising industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Exercise excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be exceptionally detailed, organized, and a perfectionist
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be internally driven to be the best and produce the best work
