Position overview:

The Marketing & Events Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of all logistics for external marketing events, including trade shows and customer events.


Essential duties:

· Plan, execute, and coordinate all logistics for marketing events, including trade shows and customer events.

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event technology to suggest innovative ideas and enhance customer experiences.

· Maintain and update inventory of trade show booth assets with external vendor.

· Continually seek new campaigns and marketing material ideas and provide recommendations to marketing leadership.

· Positively promote the name, image, and reputation of BOMAG within the customer base as well as internally with employees and vendors in conformity with established guidelines.

· Develop and produce trade show materials for special promotions, including pop-up banners, campaign signage and other graphics as needed.

· Organize and track lead gathering campaigns during trade shows and events and then execute follow-up email campaigns to nurture leads.

· Write and maintain a detailed and robust SOP for correct execution of BOMAG Americas trade shows.

· Contribute to existing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company goals and brand strategy within the BOMAG Americas region.

· Travel 25-30% (during tradeshow season).

· Performs other duties as assigned.



Required skills:

· Must be an organized multitasker and be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Excellent presentation skills

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills

· A keen eye for details


Required experience:


· A degree in marketing, event planning, communications or business is preferred with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing and event coordination.

· Sound knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices

· Experience of organizing marketing campaigns

· Experience with web analytics tools and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic skills



Compensation details: 65000-80000 Yearly Salary
