Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.). Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to ensure effective performance. Create engaging content and manage social media platforms to build and maintain brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize website content, landing pages, and product listings. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website traffic and search engine rankings. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) to drive leads and conversions. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to design and implement effective digital campaigns.
