Head of YouTube Creative & Strategy About the Company Rapid-growing media company Industry Media Production Type Privately Held Founded 2020 Employees 11-50 About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of YouTube Creative & Strategy with a strong background in digital video. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of the company's YouTube channels, with a focus on creating and executing a comprehensive content strategy that not only drives YouTube growth but also directs traffic to the company's website for the conversion of paid products and services. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can make data-informed decisions, is adept at audience segmentation and targeting, and has a proven track record of increasing YouTube channel subscribers and revenue. The Head of YouTube Creative & Strategy will also be involved in all stages of the YouTube creative process, from analytics to post-production, and must be able to work in a high-volume video production environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have at least 10 years of digital video creative experience, with a minimum of 5 years in YouTube creative development and 3 years in YouTube post-production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube analytics, and social platform monetization, and experience in testing and recommending winning video content formats. A background in adult-targeted self-improvement, business, or mindfulness content is a plus.
