Position Overview
Riser Fitness is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing
initiatives across multiple channels. This role will play a key part in content creation, campaign
management, and brand strategy while ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all
Riser Fitness locations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and evaluating marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines to the Director of Marketing.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
Content Creation & Brand Management
Assist with developing and maintaining marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog content, and print materials.
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Coordinate the development and implementation of Riser Fitness and/or Club Pilates’s brand strategy across all email communications.
Facilitate creative content ideas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Oversee marketing materials inventory, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and relevant.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Coordinate editorial calendars for email and social media content.
Manage social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and responding to engagement.
Write captions and copy for social media posts and video overlays to maintain brand voice.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
Operations & Project Management
Maintain relationships with external vendors for marketing-related services (e.g., printing, digital advertising).
Ensure email marketing databases are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams across departments to execute various marketing initiatives.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with project management tools.
Experience with SEO best practices and content marketing.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
