Content Associate Are you passionate about interior design and digital content creation? Join our team at , where you'll play a key role in managing digital content and shaping our brand's visual identity.This is a full-time, in-office position based in New York City. This role is also open to students with 3/4-time availability. We're seeking a talented creative with a strong aesthetic eye and experience in lifestyle interior photography and/or design. You should be confident in providing constructive feedback and using your vision to create on-brand imagery that helps customers imagine our products in their own homes. As a Content Associate, you will manage a small team of 3D renderers who produce lifestyle imagery ( Room Environments ) for our products. You'll also help develop new creative strategies to drive brand engagement through stunning visuals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Creative Manager, Product Designers, and 3D Renderers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned 3D lifestyle imagery. Manage 3D projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely content creation for new product launches. Identify products in our catalog needing updated lifestyle imagery based on image quality and current trends. Assign, review, and proof 3D lifestyle projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Provide clear, constructive feedback to 3D renderers to achieve photo-realistic, high-quality visuals. Recruit and evaluate Room Environment Creators, managing their performance and billing. Stay on top of home design trends to appeal to our diverse customer base. Maintain an impeccable eye for style, composition, and detail. Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and meet visual asset needs. Work with the Marketing Manager to create impactful social media content, particularly for Instagram Stories and Pinterest. Contribute to creative strategies that enhance brand engagement on social platforms. Ensure cohesive branding across all digital platforms. Qualifications: Full-time availability to work on-site at our New York City office (at least 4 days a per week). Experience in interiors. Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to collaborate with creatives, take constructive feedback, and implement feedback effectively. Passion for interior design, architecture, or styling. Solid understanding of photographic principles (composition, lighting, color theory). Experience managing external contractors or teams. Proficiency with social media platforms, graphic design tools, basic image editing, Google Sheets, and Dropbox. Bonus Points for: Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, CAD, or InDesign. A degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Interior Design. Familiarity with platforms like Upwork or Behance for talent sourcing. Experience organizing digital assets using DAM platforms.
