The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of brand storytelling with performance marketing, optimizing budget allocation, and developing a high-performing marketing team. This role demands an expert in 360 marketing, with a proven track record in scaling DTC and retail brands, particularly in the CPG, beverage, wellness, or functional products sectors. The VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, including SEO, PR, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and performance media strategies, and will be tasked with P&L management, KPI establishment, and cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with inventory planning and supply chain management. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' marketing experience, with a strong background in brand building, digital marketing, acquisition, retention, and creative direction. Technical expertise in tools such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, MTA software, GA4, and Excel/Google Sheets is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team. Experience in the beverage, CPG, or cannabis industries is a plus, and the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
