Marketing Coordinator, Advisor Experience

(12 Month Contract)

How does the role impact the organization?

As a key member of the Advisor Experience team, you will support senior team members in designing, implementing, and optimizing the way we help Advisors market their practices. Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will work collaboratively and cross functionally across the Corporate Marketing and Communications team, with stakeholders in the business, and with hundreds of advisors to bring the Raymond James brand to life in distinct and measurable ways.

Note: This is a 12-month coverage parental leave coverage, with potential for growth and role evolution.

What will your role be responsible for?

Perform intake analysis and assignment of advisor marketing requests, while collaborating across an integrated marketing communications team of design, social media, proofreading, events, and media relations – while ensuring clear communication of “the ask” and managing expectations (including timeline shifts) with advisors and key stakeholders (e.g. other marketing team members, compliance/ supervision, SMEs, etc.) to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

As a brand and marketing best practices champion, provide a critical lens (and engage Senior Manager as needed for guidance) to ensure marketing materials position advisors in an industry-leading, elevated, and professional manner.

Review advisor marketing materials (and edit):

To ensure editorial accuracy (grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, as well as accuracy in names, titles, hyperlinks, and other relevant content).

For design best practices and Raymond James brand guidelines, to identify inconsistencies or errors, while also collaboratively sharing learnings across Advisor Experience team and design team members.

Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance the advisor workflow experience, including the monthly training sessions and materials for advisors and other stakeholders, as well as providing as needed support and troubleshooting for advisors.

Analyze common advisor requests to identify insights, trends, and value-add recommendations for both operational/ workflow improvements and scalable creative solutions.

Continuously stay abreast of wealth management industry and advisor marketing best practices and contribute meaningfully to weekly team meetings.

As needed, when identified by Senior Manager, support senior team members on new initiatives and priorities. (e.g. creating compelling presentation decks, competitive reviews, contributing to the enhancement of our advisor service model and new marketing tools)
