Benjamin Moore is looking to hire a UX/Product Designer to join us in our digital transformation to create customer-first experiences. You'll work on our UX team in an agile process alongside developers, and product owners to deliver a product that is intuitive, accessible, and meets our user needs, ultimately optimizing overall satisfaction and product adoption. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the product engineering team to deliver best-practice inclusive and accessible designs based on user stories, UX research, and analytics.
Work with our UX Team and UX Lead to align on creative vision and execution. Work with established digital design system and standards for Benjamin Moore and help iterate on new ones. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Be able to effectively communicate and present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders. Provide an improved experience that streamlines our retailers' workflow, addressing their needs to optimize user satisfaction and product adoption. Execute all design concepts and deliverables according to established timelines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge & Desired Skills 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering digital products in cross-functional teams. Experience working in a SAFe Agile Framework Proficiency in typography, desktop and mobile Ul, color, layout, accessibility. Proven track record of delivery in user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture. Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research methods. Ability to deliver customer solutions using analytics, data, and testing. Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Bonus points for: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (no coding is required for the role, but helpful when talking with dev/accessibility partners). Design system experience. Prior experience in B2B Digital
