- Checking all conference rooms on a regular basiso Test all aspects of rooms equipment, Hardware power status confirmation
- Battery levels on items like remotes, Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features Troubleshooting technical issues
- Work with vendors as needed to resolve issueso Ensure rooms are in good looking order
- Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
- Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
- Assist users with immediate room issue or needso Troubleshoot active problems in persono Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
- AV Trainingo Hold regular training sessions with the site, Usage of the equipment,Best practices, General AV support questions
- Track and respond to ServiceNow work request ,
- Work with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local site
- Point person for all AV needs your site has Special Projects work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects
