Job Description
Part Time Social Media Content Creator
Location: Hybrid - 50% in person - 50% remote
Hours: 20 hours a week
Preferably lives in: Boca, Delray, or Deerfield Beach

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media content creation and pacing and buying media
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Ability to collaborate, work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A creative portfolio showcasing your work in social media content creation is REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Create engaging and brand-consistent content (graphics, videos, and copy) for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our goals and drive audience engagement
Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly to stay ahead of the curve
Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content to improve engagement and reach
Stay updated on the latest tools and platforms that can enhance content creation
Educate Teen Drivers about the importance of Traffic & Road Safety.
Promote the usage of Safe Driving Habits with a focus on Teen Driver seatbelt compliance and curtailing distracted & impaired driving.
Support and advance the Teen Driver’s Education programs nationwide.
Develop teen leaders and instill the importance of civic engagement & making positive contributions to the community.
Assist the Florida Department of Transportation to ensure a safe driving environment on our roadways.
The Dori Slosberg Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit, public service organization dedicated to traffic and road safety. The foundation is named in memory of Dori Slosberg, the daughter of former State Representative Irving “Irv” Slosberg, whose life tragically ended when the car she was in crashed while she was unbuckled. Dori and four other girls were killed in the crash. Maribel Farinas was left a quadriplegic, and Emily Slosberg, Dori’s twin sister, survived.
