Position Function - Under the direction of The Keller Pointe Manager and/or Designee, performs assigned duties necessary to assist with the development and implementation of the marketing strategies of The Keller Pointe's activities, facilities, programs, and/or events.
Essential Duties% of Performance
Performs assigned duties necessary to develop, implement and maintain the marketing strategies for The Keller Pointe to develop and maintain its brand awareness and promotion of programs, activities and events. Duties include, but are not limited to: managing on-page and off-page search engine optimization; search engine goal setting; identifying, analyzing and engaging target audience activity, connectivity and interaction; developing business strategies and processes to meet the goals of internal programs; and developing and implementing collateral and promotions of programs, activities and events. Responsible for social media presences, profiles and traffic management; and achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and expenditure goals and objectives. 50%
Performs assigned duties necessary to assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing operations, and customer-based on-line services, social media accounts, and web-page. Duties include, but are not limited to: researching competition; market conditions and campaign strategies and cost benefit analysis; and assisting with the procurement of services and goods related to vendors, and/or equipment and resources. May be responsible for the supervision, selection and retention of temporary/seasonal personnel and vendors. 45%

Duties may also require prolonged periods of outdoor activities which may produce exposure to inclement weather and allergens.Requirements/Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesRequired knowledge and experience is normally obtained through the completion of an advanced education from an accredited educational institution of higher learning resulting in a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field, and three (3) to five (5) years of work related management experience in marketing, communications, public administration or related field is required; OR, a minimum of seven (7) years of work related experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s Degree.Current Infant/Child/Adult/CPR and First Aid with AED certification from Ellis & Associates, American Red Cross or American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon employment offer is required. Knowledge of key components of marketing and advertising for fitness, recreation and athletics; and/or local government preferred. Ability to read letters, memos, contracts, professional and industry literature, spreadsheets and other job related analysis.Ability to understand and develop computer models for cost analysis and compose financial and budgetary reports.Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Ability to monitor and assess operations, workload, and projects.Ability to multi-task, evaluate, analyze, and execute with widely varied tasks involving many variables.Ability to research, compile, and analyze data, and present findings to staff and management in an acceptable format.Ability to exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and safety. Ability to work under high demands, short time constraints, and pressure of a fast paced work environment.Ability to remain up-to-date on practices and policies affecting department and job related activities.
