The Hightstown Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director of its 100-unit Public Housing facility. The HHA is a high performing agency that has been transformed and updated under the leadership of the retiring Director. The new Director must be a forward-thinking individual that is both resident focused and fiscally responsible and able to work with a limited staff. The candidate must have a 4-year college degree from an accredited university, at least 5 years progressive multi-family housing experience and obtain the PHM designation within 18 months of employment. Certification from IREM as a CPM a plus. The HHA offers full benefits, health, dental, pension, paid sick and vacation time. Deadline to apply: March 15 th , 2025. Start Date: August 1, 2025
