Job Overview

As a Jr. Web Producer at Limited Run, you would be assisting marketing, physical and digital publishing by entering critical information related to our product launches. The Jr. Web Producer has an understanding that the information they submit has a financial impact on the business and takes accuracy very seriously. To thrive in this position, you must be tech-savvy and have the ability to retain processes well. If you have exceptional attention to detail, love learning new platforms and want to work close to video games; this position will be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Generating, copying, and entering information into our inventory system.

• Assisting marketing on data entry and page creation on Shopify and video game platform websites on an as-needed basis.

• Cross-referencing data on our project management software and ensuring the data entered is accurate, complete, and relevant.

• Communicating with various departments to confirm, correct, or provide information you’re submitting if unsure.

• Have a basic understanding of video game details and physical product details so you can identify potential mistakes.

• Additional data entry assignments as needed

• You’re tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning new digital platforms.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage your time efficiently to meet occasional deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Data entry experience (or) proven relevant experience.

• Previous knowledge of Shopify, Monday.com, or Business Central (or similar ERP) is a plus but not required.
