As Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in fostering meaningful, long-term connections with guests, team members, and partners. Your work will go beyond promotion—your focus will be on authentic engagement, storytelling, and strengthening relationships. By managing our social presence, creating compelling content, and executing community-building initiatives, you'll help elevate our brewery, coffee shop, beer garden, and event spaces.

What You'll Do:
Community Engagement & Events
- Coordinate our websites and public calendar to share with our various communities what’s going on and what’s next up
- Seek and nurture relationships with influencers, collaborators, businesses, and community partners to strengthen our presence and brands
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand priorities
- Manage and grow our presence all impactful social media channels
- Create engaging multimedia content, including photography, video, and written copy
- Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, project management, content creation, and community-building roles
- Strong creative skills
- Technological proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
