Director of IC Design/Technology Responsibilities Manage members of the RFIC Design team
Manage engineering projects end-to-end
Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
Assist with hiring engineers and coordinating their training
Requirements Strong technical background with 10+ years chip industry experience in at least one of the following areas in Analog/Mixed-Signal: data converters, filters, analog building blocks
Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
