Direct message the job poster from Brandtailers Agency Services Director @ Brandtailers | Experienced in Leadership, Client Services, Account Management THE JOB You'll get to ideate, design, and execute all manner of creative for our restaurant clients! This means social posts, eblasts, in-store posters, logos and lockups, display ads, print ads, video content, and even broadcast television. REQUIREMENTS Proven graphic designing experience (5 or more years, agency experience is preferred) A strong portfolio of graphic design and video work (required) Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Email platform knowledge Video/animation experience for a variety of platforms Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on required brand guidelines Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand THE BT PERKS: Hybrid Schedule 4-Day work week INSANELY amazing work culture Extraordinary work/life balance Weekly Lunch & Learn educational events Happy Hours Loaded Kitchen with healthy (and some unhealthy) snacks & drinks Espresso, coffee (and often alcohol) bar Lots of paid holidays and extra days off – Lots!
