The Job Lead end-to-end video production , from concept to execution, ensuring content is optimized for social. Work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook , staying ahead of platform trends. Oversee shoots, production logistics, and editing workflows , ensuring creative excellence. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources , delivering high-quality work efficiently. Collaborate with editors, creatives, and freelancers to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment. Ensure content aligns with brand objectives while pushing creative boundaries. What We’re Looking For Strong production experience , ideally in social-first content and FMCG/food-related brands. A startup mindset —proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ability to shoot and oversee all aspects of video production. Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and platform-specific specs/delivery requirements . Experience managing freelancers and production partners to execute projects of varying scale.
