We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager in the Higher Education industry, based in NEW YORK, New York, United States. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be expected to leverage your skills in CRM, Email Marketing Platform, Email Service Provider, Exact Target, AB Testing, Analytics, Best Practices, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Klaviyo, Salesforce Platform, and Marketo to drive growth and ROI.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Utilize Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Marketo platforms to manage and optimize email campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing to identify successful strategies and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and campaign planning
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies
• Adhere to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality email marketing initiatives
• Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and resolve inquiries
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts
• Use Adobe Dreamweaver and other tools to create compelling email designs
• Leverage Email Service Provider to execute targeted email marketing campaigns.• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, an essential tool for creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Solid experience with CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
• Familiarity with various Email Marketing Platforms for creating, sending, and analyzing email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of different Email Service Providers to ensure the deliverability and tracking of emails
• Experience with Exact Target for personalized digital marketing
• Ability to conduct AB Testing to determine the best strategies for email marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to measure and understand the impact of email marketing strategies
• Understanding of Best Practices in email marketing to optimize campaigns and improve performance
• Ability to enhance Brand Awareness through strategic email marketing
• Experience in Campaign Planning to create coordinated and effective email marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Klaviyo, a powerful email marketing platform specifically for e-commerce businesses
• Proficiency in using the Salesforce Platform to manage customer relationships and interactions
• Experience with Marketo, a leading marketing automation platform for email marketing.
