ABOUT THE JOB:

The Marketing Operations Lead will play a key role in optimizing, managing, and scaling our marketing operations processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role will focus on marketing automation, lead management, attribution, and data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and experienced in managing and integrating marketing technology platforms, with a passion for optimizing campaigns, improving attribution models, and driving marketing efficiency.

What You'll Do: Own & Optimize the Marketing Tech Stack - Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and data flow to support marketing efficiency and measurement. Marketing Platform Administration & Enablement - Oversee and optimize HubSpot and other martech related tools, ensuring they are aligned with business needs. Lead Management & Scoring - Implement and refine lead, contact, and account management processes, including lead scoring models to enhance conversion rates. Marketing Attribution & Reporting - Develop and manage multi-touch attribution models to provide insights into early pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue growth. Campaign Management & Optimization - Support campaign tracking, automation workflows, and continuous process improvements to enhance marketing performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals and business growth. Data-Driven Insights - Analyze marketing and revenue performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Scalability & Process Improvement - Develop and implement best-in-class marketing operations processes, ensuring efficiency as the company scales. Stay Ahead of Martech Trends - Continuously evaluate and implement the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize performance. What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a high-growth or scale-up environment. Expertise in HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms, with a deep understanding of campaign automation, data management, and CRM integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making. Experience with marketing attribution models and reporting on campaign ROI, pipeline influence, and lead conversion metrics. Understanding of lead scoring models and how they impact pipeline generation and sales engagement. Proven track record in process optimization, including marketing automation workflows, campaign tracking, and data hygiene best practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage an evolving roadmap. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. This is a remote-friendly role.
