Search Solution Group is seeking a

Director, Product Marketing - Digital Solutions

on behalf of our client, an American company that manufactures loading dock equipment, industrial doors, safety barriers, industrial fans, and other in-plant products. The Director will be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy for digital solutions, driving customer engagement, and managing the product lifecycle from market insights to demand generation. This role requires an experienced marketing leader to execute customer-focused initiatives, collaborate across teams, and enhance the product's market position to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus: Create and execute an annual customer insight plan with the insights and operational excellence shared marketing services team. Lead regular sales and service advisory boards to ensure customer feedback informs the marketing strategy. Continuously enhance the customer experience by incorporating feedback into the marketing plan. Support product management by testing new ideas through the innovation process. Market and Business Insights: Drive insights from both external and internal data, such as industry trends, sales tool utilization, and marketing ROI. Use data to influence business decisions and strengthen marketing impact for product lines. Marketing Strategy: Create the marketing strategy for product lines based on insights, including demand generation, funnel acceleration, and price realization. Lead external pricing research and analyze pricing trends to help inform product pricing decisions. Define the commercial strategy with the distribution team and product management, including customer segmentation and sales channels. Product Marketing: Develop marketing plans for product launches and lifecycle management, including messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and demand generation. Own the development of a compelling value proposition to drive customer growth. Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to define the marketing mix, including digital marketing, SEO, PPC, media, print, and tradeshows. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and meeting performance targets. Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in digitally/software/SaaS-focused product marketing, sales, product management, or a related field. B2B product marketing experience across the complete lifecycle is preferred. Experience with enterprise software solution marketing is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively. Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with the leadership team and stakeholders. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with experience leading problem-solving initiatives. Proven track record of developing and measuring high-impact marketing programs. Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently. Certifications: Relevant marketing certifications or experience in digital marketing and SaaS are preferred but not required. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of product marketing, digital solutions, and SaaS. Familiarity with competitive analysis, market trends, and pricing strategies. Primarily office-based with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Travel Requirements:
