UX Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Having 9-11 years of experience in UX skillsets - Having good experience in UX design - Should have knowledge in Figma and other UX design tools - Should be able to work with client and design the UI - Should be able to guide the team how to implement the approved UI designs - Should have knowledge in Jenkin, CICD - Should lead and participate in Requirements, Development, Testing, Production deployment and Support - Contribute to and drive UX quality across products, devices and territories - Responsible for creation of discovery deliverables including initial sketches and prototypes for exploration and problem solving, personas, user journeys and initial storyboarding - Deep-diving into users, validation of personas Actively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions as requested - Design user experiences for new applications - Gather user experience requirements through person to person interviews - Review data to drive decisions - Champion UX best practices"
