Predicine Inc
The Predicine Director / Sr Director of Global Marketing supports all marketing activities for Predicine lab testing, product development and CDx business. You will be responsible for the marketing strategy, marketing planning and execution of global marketing efforts to drive awareness, build the Predicine brand and drive demand to grow partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and related companies. This role is an individual contributor and highly cross functional in nature and therefore it is critical that this individual is a strong collaborator and thought partner.
What you will get to do:
Marketing Strategy
Lead the marketing strategy: social media, email campaigns, website upgrade etc. Conduct and analyze consumer insights to understand brand perception and address gaps in engagement. Build Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign
Establish a digital marketing strategy Manage and oversee the digital marketing campaign execution Marketing collateral asset creation, execution and promotion. Brand Management
Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand image Develop brand strategy and guidelines which aligns with the overall business goals. Develop compelling messaging to communicate values, mission and benefits Social Media/Corporate Communication
Oversee advertising, public relations, social media, and other channels to maintain brand consistency. Support lead generation activities to accelerate growth among new customers Manage the press release process to drive significant news of the organization, and internal communications Conferences
Establish the annual conference and event plan Prepare engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in scientific, marketing or business concentration, 10 years of related, relevant experience in pharma, biotech or diagnostics Direct marketing experience in oncology to support human-centric marketing strategies Advanced degree preferred (PhD or MS in Biological Sciences) Ability to take charge of day-to-day digital initiatives and campaigns, as an individual contributor Experience tracking and reporting key performance metrics; and proposing improvements to optimize ROI, increase lead generation, and maximize business impact
