Good Eggs is seeking a

Head of Growth Marketing

to lead and scale our acquisition and customer lifecycle marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role is responsible for driving new customer growth, improving retention, and maximizing the efficiency of our marketing investments. You will spearhead our paid and organic marketing strategies, site merchandising efforts, and explore new growth opportunities, including offline channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and creative problem-solving to drive measurable impact. Collaboration across teams-including marketing, data, product, and food leadership-is critical to success. Additionally, this role will support the COO and CEO in strategic growth initiatives and must bring a strong food point of view.

Responsibilities Lead and Own Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel growth marketing strategy that maximizes customer acquisition and retention while optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and LTV-to-CAC ratio. Paid and Performance Marketing:

Oversee all paid acquisition channels, including search, social, display, and emerging paid media opportunities, ensuring strong performance and efficient spend allocation. Explore New Growth Channels:

Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, including offline channels such as direct mail, partnerships, and out-of-home advertising. Support new initiatives, such as advertising and B2B sales. Email & Lifecycle Marketing:

Oversee email and lifecycle marketing efforts, leveraging tools like Klaviyo to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and segmented effectively. Social Media & Organic Growth:

Manage and optimize organic and paid social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Site Merchandising & Creative Management:

Direct and manage merchandising and creative efforts (including product photo as necessary) to ensure alignment with acquisition and retention goals. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and a test and learn mentality to optimize campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities. Ensure accurate marketing attribution and reporting. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with food leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective growth initiatives. Support the COO and CEO in strategic growth planning. Dashboard & Reporting Excellence:

Develop and maintain real-time marketing performance dashboards, ensuring insights are actionable and inform ongoing strategy refinements. Leadership & Team Development:

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement. Systems Thinking & Operational Efficiency:

Develop and optimize marketing systems and processes to enable speed and agility in execution. Move with urgency to capitalize on growth opportunities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging digital advertising platforms. Proven ability to identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition and retention strategies, including offline channels such as direct mail. Experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM strategy, with proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Braze, or similar. Experience in eCommerce, grocery retail, or food-related industries is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Ability to build compelling presentations from data that summarizes complicated data and insights. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, Agile environments. Ability and willingness to learn any new technologies and apply them at work in order to stay ahead of the curve. We offer competitive compensation based on market rates, evaluated bi-annually. Our final offer is based on years of experience, length of time with title, and demonstrated impact while in previous roles, combined with our compensation philosophy.
