As a Sr. UX Researcher specializing in quantitative methods, you'll uncover data-driven insights that enhance our platform's usability, scalability, and impact.
Your work will focus on analyzing user behavior at scale, designing and interpreting experiments, and developing metrics that inform strategic improvements. You'll influence critical decisions around workflows, content strategies, and feature adoption, helping our platform evolve to meet user needs effectively.
In this role, you'll champion a data-informed approach to UX, ensuring healthcare professionals benefit from intuitive, efficient, and impactful experiences across our platform. Responsibilities Serve as an advocate for healthcare professionals using the platform, ensuring their voices and behaviors are represented in every stage of product design and development. Design and execute mixed-methods research studies, integrating qualitative insights with behavioral analytics and survey research to provide a comprehensive, data-backed understanding of user behaviors, motivations, decision-making processes, and contextual influences. Develop data-informed models of customer behaviors and decision-making processes, synthesizing research across studies to create validated archetypes that shape platform strategy and feature development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including designers, product managers, engineers, and content strategists-to define key research questions and select the best methodological approach to address them. Define and track key research-driven metrics to evaluate platform performance and user experience, including task success rates, user satisfaction (CSAT), trust and credibility scores, SUS (System Usability Scale), and discoverability. Ensure these KPIs align with both user needs and business goals. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively through compelling reports, presentations, and workshops that influence product roadmaps and strategic direction. Contribute to the evolution of the research function by refining methods, processes, and frameworks for conducting high-impact mixed-methods research. Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Behavioral Economics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience conducting user research, with expertise in integrating qualitative and quantitative methods to develop actionable insights. Proven ability to model customer insights across studies, distilling research into data-backed personas and behavioral frameworks that inform product strategy. Experience defining and tracking core UX and platform performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, SUS, trust & credibility scores, discoverability, task success rates) to evaluate impact and guide improvements. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience designing research for ambiguous or multi-layered problems, synthesizing insights across methods, and aligning research impact with product and business goals. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working across teams to integrate research insights into product development. Healthtech experience is strongly preferred. Startup experience is a plus.
Compensation:
This salary range for this role is $130,000 to $155,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus.
