Vice President of Marketing

As the VP of Marketing at Criteria Corp, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive exponential growth, position the company as a thought leader in the talent success space, and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Reporting to the President & CRO, you will oversee a high-performing marketing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure excellence in marketing operations and campaign execution. This is a pivotal role in scaling Criteria's global presence and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: • Create, implement, and continually refine Criteria Corp's marketing strategy, aligning with the company's overall direction and breaking it down into measurable goals. • Continuously refine comprehensive go-to-market plans across multiple geographies, channels, and market segments in collaboration with sales leadership, operations, and finance. • Storytelling & Brand Vision: • Design and execute a captivating content strategy, storytelling narrative, and brand vision that positions Criteria as a thought leader on critical trends and emerging opportunities. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. • Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: • Define strategy and oversee the execution of all SEO, paid search, social, display, events, webinars, and partner marketing campaigns. • Drive user growth through data-driven marketing tactics, including gamification, digital marketing, content development, advertising, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations. • Optimize spend across various marketing channels to maximize ROI. • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Sales Alignment: • Partner closely with account executives and sales development to develop and execute coordinated, personalized account-based programs. • Align on common short- and long-term goals to drive pipeline growth and revenue. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for product innovation, optimization, and market segmentation. • Partner with operations and finance to identify resource and operational improvements to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies. • Team Leadership & Development: • Hire, coach, and manage a world-class marketing team, fostering a collaborative, metrics-driven culture. • Be an authentic leader who inspires passion and excellence within the team. • Marketing Operations & Analytics: • Ensure excellence in marketing operations and campaign execution. • Implement analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), using insights to optimize strategy and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements •

Experience : • 10+ years in marketing, with a significant focus on SaaS and B2B demand generation. • Proven track record of scaling marketing functions in fast-growing SaaS environments.: • Deep knowledge of SaaS marketing metrics, funnels, and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and global marketing strategies.: • Strong team-building and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse marketing disciplines. • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical abilities.
