As a Senior CX Designer, you will collaborate with a talented group of strategists and designers who tackle high-level CX challenges, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals. As a Senior CX Designer, you'll be integral to defining and delivering transformative experiences that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. Your ability to merge strategic thinking with innovative design will help shape the future of the company's customer interactions. You will be responsible for driving design solutions, from high-level concepts to detailed, actionable prototypes, all while keeping customer insights at the core of your process.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate strategic decisions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business goals. Lead Design Efforts: Take ownership of \"version 1.0\" experiences and drive design concepts from ideation to execution. Research-Driven Design: Utilize customer insights, data, and industry best practices to inform and validate your design decisions. Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to solve complex CX challenges. Iterative Refinement: Conduct user testing to assess design effectiveness, and continuously refine concepts based on feedback and data. Executive Presentations: Present and advocate for your design solutions to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Adaptable Design Methods: Tailor your design approach and fidelity to meet specific project needs, ensuring that solutions align with desired outcomes. Required Qualifications:

4+ years of design experience in CX/UX or a related field, with a solid portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, multi-platform design projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Mural, and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Experience with user-centered design: Understanding the principles of human-centered design and applying them to solve business and user problems. Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, and who enjoys mentoring others while also learning from peers. Strong familiarity with design software and the ability to optimize workflows across tools like Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of psychology and how it can be applied to improve design effectiveness. A natural curiosity and drive to stay on top of design trends and advancements in technology. A systematic thinker who can deconstruct problems and build comprehensive solutions.
