User Generated Content (UGC) team

Position Summary
As a
Principal Product Manager for UGC
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and long-term strategic direction of the team. You will be responsible for:
Defining and evangelizing the
product vision and impact
internally and externally.
Creating and driving
product roadmaps
that align with business priorities.
Inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to
execute key initiatives

stakeholders and leadership

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and champion product vision & strategy
aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead
cross-functional strategic initiatives
across multiple teams.
Collaborate with
Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Data Science
to implement enhancements.
Analyze business cases
and translate customer and business requirements into
actionable product roadmaps
and specifications.
Manage key
business stakeholders
by conducting strategy sessions and product reviews.
Run
competitive intelligence
and data assessments to identify new opportunities.
Track and analyze
key performance metrics
to measure progress and optimize systems.
Conduct
A/B testing
and analyze results to drive data-driven launch decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
product management for customer-facing products
.
Proven ability to align with a
long-term product vision
while managing day-to-day execution.
Strong
cross-functional collaboration
and stakeholder management skills.
Highly
data-driven
with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in
shipping and iterating
on products based on data insights.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
; MBA is a strong plus.
8+ years
of experience in product management for customer-facing products.
Retail/e-commerce industry experience
is a plus.
Strong
quantitative or technical background
preferred.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
