About the Role

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach Proximity Marketer to join our team. This role is essential in generating high-quality leads and appointments by engaging with potential customers through targeted face-to-face interactions within specific geographic locations. You will play a crucial role in brand awareness and customer acquisition through direct engagement strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with homeowners and businesses in designated target areas to generate interest in our solar/energy-efficient products.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers by gathering key information and securing follow-up appointments for sales consultants.

• Neighborhood Canvassing: Utilize door-to-door marketing techniques and proximity-based outreach strategies to maximize conversions.

• Event Marketing: Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand exposure and capture leads.

• Educational Outreach: Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy, financing options, and the impact of renewable energy on reducing energy costs.

• CRM & Data Entry: Accurately record interactions, leads, and appointments into the company’s CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and enhance overall outreach effectiveness.

• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation, appointments set, and conversions.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, field marketing, or lead generation is preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a high-energy personality and a drive to achieve targets.

• Basic knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy solutions is a plus (training will be provided).

• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in face-to-face interactions.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
