We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team! This is a remote position offering flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for entering and managing data from various sources into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Job Details:

  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour
  • Training Rate: $15 per hour
  • Work Hours: Flexible! You can work between 20 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer and account data into the company system from source documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Compile, verify, and sort data for proper processing.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies, correcting as necessary to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure the final output meets quality standards and company guidelines.

Training:
You will complete a two-week training program with the company supervisor, ensuring you are fully prepared to perform your role.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
  • Basic software knowledge (training will be provided).
