PRPL & Friends Recruiter
In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building our staff augmentation division called PRPL & Friends. You will be primarily responsible for finding and retaining top talent for our clients. A day in the life of the Recruiter will include recruitment, interviewing, and assisting with the operational tasks associated with recruitment.You are the face of PRPL to newcomers. You have a natural sense and ability to connect with others and can work with both talent and clients to solve staffing needs, quickly and with resourcefulness. Your role is to ensure a warm and inviting culture for our talent and an exceptional, solutions-oriented, white-glove experience for our clients. We take an extraordinary amount of care in everything we do and in how we interact with talent and clients. Being a good listener is critical. Roles Frequently Recruited: UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, Motion Designers, Interaction Designers
*Creative recruitment/staffing experience required.

Reports To: VP of People

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, recruitment partners, referrals, etc. Keep the resource pipeline full and the bench warm for our clients who have ongoing creative talent needs.
  • Manage all job postings and job descriptions. Oversee our repository of job descriptions making all quick edits and modifications, as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate all internal (with PRPL) and external (with client) interviews.
  • Follow up on all employee interviews (coordinate next steps and/or rejections).
  • Manage external recruitment communications including our website, LinkedIn company page, and job posting websites (Indeed, etc).
  • Ensure postings are taken down once positions are filled.
  • Attend and/or support participation in recruitment events where appropriate.
  • Enter data daily into our ATS based on recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Research and recommend tools related to interviewing (AI, aptitude tests, etc).


Client Facing Responsibilities

  • Present talent via Candidate Bio documents and Candidate Spreadsheets. Must have the ability to craft compelling biographies highlighting a candidates most relevant skills and experience. Good grammar and no spelling errors are the minimum expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews for clients. Share pertinent interview prep with talent based on client expectations.
  • Conduct performance check-ins with clients for all recruited talent on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage employee performance issues, as needed, to ensure client satisfaction and with the goal of preventing employee turnover.



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional staffing experience in a client-facing role that is focused on creative roles.
  • Experience building and cultivating a talent pipeline with a relationship-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience - sourcing and interviewing talent.
  • Natural ability to establish rapport quickly with clients and talent and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Maintain the utmost discretion and sensitivity in handling employee issues.
  • Demonstrate superior listening, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a willingness to jump in when new requests arise.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Local Orlando/Central Florida resident preferred.
  • Bullhorn ATS experience a nice to have
