Position: On-site Marketing and E-commerce Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to ensure our website remains current with industry-related updates, particularly those pertaining to California legislation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing artwork for various events and marketing campaigns, as well as developing and distributing engaging newsletters to a customer base exceeding 1,000 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to keep the website updated with industry-relevant information, including legislative changes in California.
• Create and design promotional materials for events and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and send newsletters to engage and inform our customer base.
• Execute creative campaigns and strategic marketing efforts to promote products and events.
• Oversee e-commerce activities, ensuring the online store for Faro pipes is optimized and up-to-date.
• Contribute to broader business objectives by providing marketing insights and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store management.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating promotional content.
• Strong writing skills for crafting newsletters and promotional materials.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of the tobacco or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
