Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Associate to join a large fluid technology company in Wilminton, MA. This role will be a contract to hire opportunity, sitting 3 days onsite a week. The Marketing Associate collects and routes leads to all District Sales Managers and Representatives, acquires and maintains all marketing data lists, optimizes 3rd party websites relative to the company's branding, coordinates all printed marketing collateral and acts as primary liaison to all representatives for marketing related requests.
This role requires an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with exemplary attention to detail. The ability to actively engage with customers to understand their needs is essential. Experience managing all aspects of trade shows is required. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite with particular focus on Excel. Occasional travel within the United States may be required.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. The candidate must be able to effectively multi-task and manage projects while ensuring daily tasks are accomplished. Crucially, the candidate must be able to exhibit a positive attitude when dealing with sales channel representatives to further a cooperative atmosphere with the company's marketing group
