Robert Half is hiring: Marketing Coordinator in Philadelphia

*Candidate must reside in the city of Philadelphia*

Robert Half has a client seeking a Marketing Coordinator located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a 3-6 month contract that will be onsite in Philadelphia 3x a week. Candidate must reside in the city of Philadelphia.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and design emails in HubSpot
• Manage the marketing data
• Help coordinate events
• Maintain promotional supplies and event inventory for large conferences
• Design marketing materials in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications include:

• Candidate must be located in the city of Philadelphia and able to work onsite 3x a week (2 days remote)
• Background in marketing, media, or events
• Must be organized, self-starter, capable of updating emails in excel for MailChimp etc.
• Exposure to or experience in advertising, radio, programming, events, traffic coordination, etc.
