The Marketing Director role will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the company's marketing efforts to ensure that our brand, products, and services are effectively promoted to the target audience. The primary goal is to drive business growth through strategic marketing, while also managing a team, coordinating campaigns, and optimizing performance. Aligning the company's marketing initiatives with its broader objectives, while delivering measurable results that contribute to overall business success and growth.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Position the brand effectively in a competitive insurance market.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Design campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Product Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop marketing plans for different insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home).
- Identify target demographics and customize messaging accordingly.
- Create educational content and promotional materials to engage policyholder
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee website, SEO, and online advertising efforts.
- Manage social media campaigns and content marketing strategies.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize digital performance.
Partnerships & Distribution Channels
- Collaborate with brokers, agents, and third-party partners for marketing support.
- Develop co-branded campaigns with financial institutions or other partners.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Allocate marketing budgets effectively across campaigns.
- Use KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and ROI analysis.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with insurance regulations.
- Work with legal teams to maintain ethical and transparent advertising.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Foster collaboration with other departments, including sales and underwriting.
- Train staff on new marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Health Insurance Industry Experience a PLUS
- 6+ year's experience in a management level role
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
