About L.A. Vibrations
Launched in August 2020, L.A. Vibrations (LAV) is the marketing agency umbrella of parent company L.A. Libations. At L.A. Vibrations, we work with new and emerging beverage brands to help launch, scale and optimize brands, covering marketing strategy, branding, ecommerce, digital, retail, trade & field marketing.
The Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will support the larger Brand & Experience team with all marketing projects including retail and events. The Brand Marketing Manager will handle day-to-day management of assigned brands including developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client expectations and directing channel leads. The role requires a basic understanding of the CPG landscape and general consumer marketing. The ideal candidate would have strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who loves building relationships, has exceptional attention to detail, can multi-task, and handle many diverse projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role that will require coming into the office 3 times a week, some weekend work, and ~ <10% traveling.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand marketing strategies and multi-faceted 360 marketing plans across functions/channels for clients and brands
- Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and implement processes and programs to help achieve client goals.
- Drive successful and seamless project execution for the client, collaborating across internal teams and external vendors, for on time, on budget and quality project delivery.
- Serve as point of contact for cross functional teams including product development, creative, retail, eCommerce, and digital.
- Foster meaningful, trustworthy relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Execute client events including logistics, planning, and reporting
- Organize and manage various promotional events such as product launches, tastings, and community outreach initiatives to create brand awareness and engage target consumers
- Develop and define brand guidelines to guide marketing asset creation and marketing communication; ensure all branding is cohesive across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to develop, revise and execute creative strategies and promotional assets.
- Bring the client's DNA to life across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone
- Create, monitor and optimize annual growth plans to exceed sales and profitability goals for a portfolio of brands.
- Perform ongoing analysis of the brand performance, competitors and category to identify opportunities to accelerate the growth of brands.
- Develop clear presentations and be comfortable and confident in presenting to senior level stakeholders and client brand teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of marketing experience at a CPG/beverage brand or full-service advertising or marketing agency
- 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing
- Proven track record of client relationship development and service
- At least 1+ year as main client contact on a specific project
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams within an agency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Driver’s license and car required
- Ability to lift up a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Some weekend work required
- Travel is required for events
This is a hybrid role and our office is in El Segundo, CA.
Salary for this role is $70-80k. Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary LA. Libations offers a comprehensive benefits program.
