ITU AbsorbTech, Inc. is hiring: Marketing Intern in New Berlin

ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Marketing Intern at our corporate headquarters in New Berlin, WI. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting Marketing, Business Development, and Service & Sales, while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

• Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist with customer portal registrations, including verifying accounts, generating login credentials, and configuring dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including updating contact records, cleaning up ownership records, and performing regular maintenance.
• Support the Business Development team by conducting industry research, organizing account and contact data, and ensuring accurate classification within the CRM database.
• Assist in planning and executing our annual charity golf outing, with a focus on social media engagement and community donations.
• Fill literature and signage requests, while monitoring inventory levels.
• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to special projects as needed, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited two-year technical college, four-year college or university with a minimum of one (1) year completed.
• Candidate should have an area of interest within the following disciplines: business administration, marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, hospitality, sports management, or business analytics.
• Must be proficient with general computer use, Microsoft 365, and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail, strong writing skills, and above-average communication skills.
