Looking for a Social Media Administrator to drive the creative strategy and execution of our organic social media presence, primarily on Instagram. This role involves end-to-end content creation, including strategy development, filming, editing, and posting engaging content that accelerates audience growth and engagement—all while maintaining brand identity.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a content strategy to enhance organic social media presence.

● Create high-quality, engaging photo and video content using Mobile and DSLR cameras.

● Edit videos and images using pro tools like Photoshop / Premier (or equivalent) as well as social media focused tools like Capcut/Tiktok.

● Manage posting schedules and community engagement to foster brand growth.

● Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

● Work with internal paid media team to edit influence content

Requirements:

● Proven experience growing a brand's Instagram through original content creation.

● Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design.

● Proficiency in DSLR camera operation for both photography and video.

● Experience with Photoshop and professional video editing software.

● Ability to work independently while aligning with brand aesthetics and goals.

● Creative Mindset: Strong eye for visual storytelling and on-brand content creation.
