As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will lead the firm's marketing efforts to elevate our brand, enhance client relationships, and attract prospective business. You will plan and execute impactful and measurable global marketing campaigns that support business priorities in close partnership with colleagues across the firm and advise on best practices across key channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional partnerships and processes.

What You Will Do:

Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with firm priority practice areas, initiatives, and audience segments Set effective campaign goals and KPIs; track both overall and campaign-specific performance across channels, establish benchmarks for KPIs, and identify trends and insights to propose actionable next steps Manage campaign workflows and deadlines alongside Brand & Strategy Operations team members using Workfront and other platforms/technologies Foster synergies between Brand & Strategy and other functions and departments across the firm when appropriate to encourage a unified approach Participate in relevant design and copywriting processes to facilitate the development of branding and assets that align with campaign objectives; serve as a backup resource to the Creative Copywriter Stay educated on marketing trends and happenings; research and analyze competitor and market trends to identify and explore new opportunities and tactics Manage relationships with strategy-related vendors and agencies in collaboration with Brand & Strategy Managing Director and Operations team members Manage and mentor Marketing Strategy Specialist

Who You Are:

6+ years of proven work experience in B2B marketing; experience working with professional services firms a plus BA in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field or equivalent experience Experience working with a workflow management tool (i.e. Workfront) preferred A holistic thinker who keeps the end goal in mind while tirelessly refining the details A passionate storyteller who can distill complex concepts and results into digestible, engaging information for various types of stakeholders A proactive and solutions-oriented team player who is comfortable building from the ground up and being agile and flexible throughout the process An organized planner who can effectively track campaign progress and consistently and independently meet deadlines A strong writer with a creative copywriting mindset and approach to developing marketing content A knowledgeable practitioner who has experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Parse.ly, Sprout Social, etc.) An active learner interested in continuously honing and growing their skillset A strategic partner to teammates and cross-functional colleagues #LI-MS1
