Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Location: Houston, TX (Remote + Onsite for Events)

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are an established event rental company specializing in customizable event experiences. We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth. Position Overview:
This role is part-time and hybrid, allowing you to work remotely however you must be available to attending events or installations onsite in the Greater Houston area to capture content (photos/videos) for social media. You’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating content, and running ad campaigns to boost engagement and attract event planners & luxury clientele.
Responsibilities:
✅ Create & Post Engaging Content – Capture professional-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories at events and behind the scenes.
✅ Social Media Management – Schedule posts, respond to followers, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
✅ Paid Advertising – Set up and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to reach event planners & luxury clientele.
✅ Brand Growth & Analytics – Monitor insights, track engagement, and adjust strategies for maximum reach.
✅ Collaborate with Our Team – Work closely with event designers and planners to highlight premium rental setups.
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in social media marketing & content creation.
✔ Strong photography & videography skills (editing experience preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva.
✔ Experience with social media ads, analytics, and growth strategies.
✔ Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
✔ Reliable transportation for onsite event coverage.
✔ Passion for the event industry, luxury aesthetics, and digital storytelling.
