We are looking for a Videographer to join our creative team. This role goes beyond just filmingit requires orchestrating video sessions, guiding interviews, and ensuring compelling storytelling for a variety of clients. Youll be responsible for planning, directing, filming, and capturing high-quality content, ensuring a seamless storytelling experience. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Session Planning & Coordination
- Collaborative Development: Work with the Client Success Manager to create video session outlines that align with each clients goals.
- Strategic Preparation: Research and understand each clients business to ask informed, intelligent questions that resonate with their industry.
- Purposeful Questioning: Develop and guide interview-style conversations that extract meaningful insights and engaging storytelling.
- On-the-Fly Adaptation: Adjust and refine your questions during sessions to ensure authenticity and dynamic conversations.
- Session Leadership: Lead video sessions confidently, making clients feel at ease while capturing their best moments on camera.
Videography & Content Creation
- Filming & B-Roll Capture: Operate camera equipment to film interviews, client testimonials, and supporting footage that enhances storytelling.
- Creative Direction: Ensure strong visual composition, lighting, and audio quality for polished, professional video content.
- Technical Expertise: Manage camera settings, exposure, framing, and focus adjustments to maintain high production quality.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and oversee video production gear, ensuring it is in top working condition for every shoot.
Collaboration & Production Workflow
- Client Engagement: Cultivate a relaxed and professional filming environment, making clients feel comfortable on camera.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with editors and content strategists to ensure footage is well-organized and aligns with the intended content vision.
- Post-Production Support: Provide detailed notes on footage and assist the editing team in ensuring a smooth post-production process.

- Experienced Videographer: Strong background in filming and video production, preferably in corporate, agency, or documentary-style settings.
- Outgoing & Confident: Comfortable leading video sessions, directing on-camera talent, and facilitating engaging discussions.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand different industries and ask insightful, strategic questions in interview-style settings.
- Strategic Thinker & Adaptability: Quick on your feet, able to pivot interview questions and filming approaches when needed.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for video quality, ensuring crisp visuals, clear audio, and engaging composition.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate seamlessly with the Client Success Manager, editors, and other team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in videography, media production, or content strategy.
- Familiarity with industry trends and current video production techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience conducting interviews or leading filming sessions is a plus.
- Basic editing skills are a bonus (but not required).
