One of our consumer goods manufacturing and retail clients is looking for a dynamic and analytical Advertising Manager is needed to lead paid media efforts across international marketplaces, with a primary emphasis on Amazon. This role will oversee advertising strategies in key regions, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, and India, with potential expansion into additional markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (Search, DSP), a strong grasp of global e-commerce trends, and a results-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive performance across multiple regions.
• Recruit and manage a team of international specialists to support campaign success.
• Oversee campaign structures to ensure full coverage across products, categories, and targeting strategies.
• Continuously refine Amazon Advertising approaches based on market trends and consumer behaviors.
• Monitor key advertising performance metrics (TACoS, ACoS, revenue) and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Leverage tools like Skai for structured campaign optimization and bulk adjustments.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Align advertising initiatives with marketing, product, and content teams for consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure strategies are tailored to local market conditions.
• Stay informed on evolving Amazon Advertising trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including global markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Amazon Advertising preferred.
• Demonstrated success in handling large-scale, multi-region advertising efforts.
• Strong proficiency with Amazon Advertising tools (AMS, DSP, Sponsored Ads).
• Experience with analytics platforms like Helium 10, DataHawk, and Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Skai/Kenshoo is a plus.
• Highly analytical with a strategic, data-focused mindset.
• Passion for continuous learning and sharing expertise.
