Are you a visionary with a passion for art direction and visual design with a strong digital skillset? Join our dynamic team as an Associate Creative Director (ACD) and unleash your creativity to support our clients. You'll be the driving force behind innovative ideas and solutions, taking the lead on specific brands with a keen focus on art direction and visual design. Reporting to a Creative Director, you'll manage a team of talented art directors and collaborate closely with the account team and strategy to deliver high-quality, well-crafted creative work.
Responsibilities:• Lead the creative direction and uphold standards for the entire brand.
• Present captivating work both internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop impactful creative solutions.
• Ensure seamless management of client contracts and project agreements.
• Monitor and guide team activities for timely delivery of products and services.
• Inspire and provide vision for the brand's visual look and feel.
• Foster strong partnerships with peers from other departments (e.g., Account Services, Brand Planning, Medical Strategy) to align with the client’s business-creative vision.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients.
• Provide creative and managerial direction as well as developmental support to direct reports.
• Participate in new business/client activities and pitches.
• Step in as a hands-on art director when needed.
Skills:
• Proven ability to think beyond campaigns and develop creative marketing solutions (platforms) for client brands, with an emphasis on digital media.
• Strategic and concepting skills with prior business development experience and demonstrated success.
• Effective management of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working on a diverse range of accounts and categories.
• Strategic Thinking: Anticipate future trends, create competitive strategies, and connect strategies to creative solutions.
• Creative Vision: Uphold high creative standards aligned with the company’s expectations.
• Conceptual Creativity: Formulate innovative ideas and add value in brainstorming sessions.
• Client Focus: Exceed clients' creative expectations, build trust, and maintain strong relationships.
• Developing Direct Reports: Provide creative challenges and support career growth for team members.
• Financial Management: Make conscious financial decisions in creative development.
• Ownership and Proactivity: Continuously generate new ideas and show ownership of brand work from a visual standpoint.
• Presentation Skills: Deliver dynamic presentations, effectively sell creative work, and manage meeting flow.
• Flexibility: Adapt to team needs and work across teams as required.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of agency experience.
• Strong digital skillset, versed in digital design and execution--website, IVA, banners, etc.
• Healthcare experience preferred (HCP a plus).
• Deep digital/integrated experience.

The position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:
• Salary range $150K to $200K+The starting salary provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational needs.
