Office Villas is looking for a Community Manager to join our team in our Great Neck coworking space. The Community Manager is respons the day to day of a workspace community. This includes providing for the needs of the community members, responding to members’ requests efficiently, and building relationships with members to enhance their experience within the Office Villas community.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Helping support the concierge function and contributing to the quality of our front desk experience.
  • Business development and community engagement, including tasks like planning member events and developing relationships with Office Villas members.
  • Responding to member requests efficiently and personally – you will be given the tools and knowledge to answer just about any request that comes your way.
  • Ensuring that regular systems are operating smoothly and assisting when necessary.
  • Assisting members in the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Engaging with and conducting tours with prospective members.
  • Receiving and distributing members’ mail and packages.
  • Providing for the needs of the community members, responding to members’ requests efficiently.
  • Upselling services including dedicated desks, virtual offices, and parking permits.
  • Liaising with maintenance and cleaning crew to ensure the cleanliness of the building.
  • Stocking and maintaining supply areas throughout Office Villas.

Requirements:
  • Able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn new things.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12-18 months work experience.
  • Available 40 hours per week between 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-3pm on Fridays 

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $60,000pa
  • Potential performance-based annual bonuses
  • Partial Heath Insurance Coverage (incl. medical, vision, & dental)
  • 9 days PTO
  • 5 Sick Days
  • 7 paid national holidays of your choice
  • Paid Jewish holidays

We are located in the rich and diverse community of Great Neck, Long Island. Office Villas is the home to a diverse mix of more than 250 community members representing a broad range of industry sectors. The space is divided between private offices, open space work areas and open space common areas. In addition to conference rooms, phones booths, and a lounge, Office Villas also has several other amenities to serve the greater Great Neck community.
